Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in the greater Cleveland area, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. You will perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance, respond to resident requests, and complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, good communication, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly with a strong customer service focus.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs are completed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
