Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas, is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. This role ensures residents enjoy a safe, clean and well-maintained living environment.

You will handle routine inspections, repair plumbing/electrical/HVAC systems, and respond to maintenance requests with strong customer service. On-site work and on-call duties apply, with Bi-Weekly Pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• 1+ years of maintenance or related field experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units by completing required repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and track inventory.
• Collaborate with property management to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
