Landmark Realty, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC/Maintenance Technician to support our Overland Park properties. You will perform HVAC service, respond to work orders, and maintain a professional relationship with residents and vendors.

Two years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification are required, along with owning the necessary tools to complete repairs. Join a team focused on reliable service, safety, and quality in a dynamic multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, apartment/building maintenance preferred.
• HVAC service technician experience and certification required.
• Must have your own tools to complete repairs.

Responsibilities - Maintenance HVAC Technician:

• Minimum of 2-years of maintenance experience, apartment /buildingmaintenance experience preferred or relevant experience
• HVAC service technicianexperience and certification required
• Have your own tools to complete all necessary repairs
• Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner
• Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
• Knows when to escalation maintenance issues to management
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications - Maintenance HVAC Technician:

• Minimum of 2-year maintenance experience, apartment/building maintenance experience preferred or relevant experience
• HVAC service technician experience and certification required
• Display proficiency while performing day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders
• Must be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven
• Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
