Job summary

Landmark Realty, LLC is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager in Overland Park, KS. This full-time role leads on-site maintenance staff, oversees repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliances, and drives preventive maintenance and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a maintenance supervisor, 5+ years in residential property maintenance, HVAC certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of residential property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication.
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new programs and processes.
• A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required.
• Must have general tools to perform all maintenance tasks.
• On Call for all Emergencies.
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff and supervisors in diagnosing problems and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances).
• Train and supervise property teams using applicable program.
• Review and oversee site performance, curb appeal, work orders, inventory control, and make-ready management.
• Review employee performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance shops through an organized system.
• Train and ensure all technicians use applicable programs.
• Meet with property managers and maintenance supervisor to discuss goals.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed timely.
• Review safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Develop plans to increase maintenance and property efficiency.
• Snow removal management.
