Job summary

GDI, Inc. provides maintenance services and operates across the United States and Canada. This role covers troubleshooting and performing repairs to lighting, walls, doors, and other facility components in a commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety oriented with readiness to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
