GDI, Inc. provides maintenance services and operates across the United States and Canada. This role covers troubleshooting and performing repairs to lighting, walls, doors, and other facility components in a commercial environment.

The position requires the ability to climb ladders, lift and work in varying weather conditions, with safety as a priority. We offer weekly pay, promotion opportunities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, EAP, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety oriented with readiness to follow safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
