You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC, while handling carpentry and appliance tasks to uphold high standards across properties. We value hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and reliability, with on-site work and occasional after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry.
• HVAC certification, EPA certification, or other relevant credentials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly, prioritizing work orders based on urgency and importance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues before they become major problems.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the property complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with turnover repairs and preparation of vacant units for new residents.
• Work closely with property management and other team members to ensure efficient operations and positive resident experience.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Weekend and periodic call‑backs required. Availability to participate in on‑call emergency rotation and respond to emergencies after hours.
