Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in Mequon, WI to maintain and troubleshoot plastic injection molding equipment, robotics, and automated systems. The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and minimizing downtime, with night shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (technical training a plus) and at least 4 years in industrial maintenance, including Husky or Van Dorn systems.

Qualifications

Plastic injection molding maintenance experience required.
Strong background maintaining and troubleshooting robotic and automated systems.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and respond quickly to breakdowns.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Troubleshoot high-speed robotics and automated production equipment.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics.
Perform electrical troubleshooting using electrical schematics and diagrams.
Read prints, plans, sketches, and layouts and work from them.
