Job summary

HellermannTyton group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance and Automation Technician II to ensure operational uptime by maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding machines, robots, and related automation equipment. This position will require performing preventive maintenance and diagnostic interventions while collaborating effectively with Process Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or associate degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in injection molding maintenance or automation troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in injection molding maintenance, or 5-8 years in other industrial maintenance.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with robotics programming and vision systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines and automation equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and investigate equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
