Job summary

HellermannTyton North America in Milwaukee is seeking an Maintenance and Automation Technician I to maintain and troubleshoot injection molding machines, robots and EOATs. You will ensure uptime by preventive maintenance and rapid corrective actions, collaborating with Process Engineering, QA and Production to sustain quality and efficiency.

The role requires a technical diploma or associate degree in Automation or Mechatronics or equivalent with 5+ years of maintenance experience in

Qualifications

Technical diploma or associate degree in Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
5+ years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing or automation.
Familiarity with CMMS, PLC interfaces, robotics, HMI, vision systems and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on injection molding presses, robots, EOATs and automation equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Setup, calibrate and maintain vision systems and cameras for accurate part confirmation.
Log interventions, update work orders and communicate across shifts.
Ensure safety and compliance with PPE, OSHA guidelines, and 5S housekeeping.
