Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Husky injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of plastics/metals materials.
• Experience with scientific molding methods.
• Basic knowledge of 5S procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Basic machine shop skills.
• Working knowledge of machines, conveyors, and robotic operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Assemble, disassemble, and maintain molds and subsystems; diagnose problems and implement solutions.
• Repair/replace components (switches, sensors, controllers, boards).
• Use computer diagnostic programming equipment as needed.
• Repair/replace piping for cooling towers and chilled water lines.
