Job summary

Grand Haven Custom Molding is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and facility systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults and repairing equipment to ensure safe, reliable production.

The role requires reading blueprints and manuals, working with robots and PLCs, and maintaining documentation of repairs and PM activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Must read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair presses and equipment.
• Maintain conveyors, grinders, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults and repair promptly.
