Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Tech II in the Nashville area to perform advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, read PLC ladder logic (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), and maintain presses, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related controls.

Role involves preventive and corrective maintenance across shifts, with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control issues on hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic, with experience in Siemens or Allen-Bradley systems.
• Strong knowledge of three-phase motor controls and Servo drives is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment including hydraulic/pneumatic systems, stamping presses, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related controls.
• Read and interpret PLC ladder logic to identify and resolve control-related problems.
• Work on sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors ensuring proper calibration and integration with control systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status and recommendations to team members.
