Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a brand-new, highly automated facility in La Vergne, TN. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining high-speed production systems, conveyors, robotics, and related equipment within a 24/7 operation.

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is required, along with CMMS familiarity and strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems.
• Experience with industrial automation and/or robotics.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Strong preventive maintenance program experience.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards.
• Advanced troubleshooting in electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.
• Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems.
• Support a 24/7 high-volume industrial operation.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced technicians as needed.
