Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. The role leads projects with technical guidance, ensuring safety and quality in all work while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The position requires hands-on expertise, project planning abilities, and strong communication skills to support facility needs and compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman-level vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC/electrical/CMRP are a plus.
• Experience performing advanced maintenance across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance, repair, installation, and construction across building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion with safety and quality as priorities.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff without supervisory duties.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and coordinate with supervisors on findings.
