Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC systems across the facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, fixtures) with standard methods.
• Replace electrical components and troubleshoot hazards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on units, common areas and grounds.
