Job summary

Cencora is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to support the automated distribution center in the US. You will design, install, program, and diagnose MHE control systems, including PLCs, remote I/O, and sensors.

You may lead junior technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues, maintaining CMMS/EAM records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience.
• Strong electrical background and ability to read CAD diagrams.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and MHE control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support automated distribution center equipment and control systems.
• Design, install, program, and diagnose MHE control systems.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team members as needed.
• Maintain CMMS/EAM records and manage spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
