Job summary

Tricon is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and general repairs. You will communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service while managing service requests efficiently in a safe environment.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification for refrigerant management (Type II or Universal).
• Minimum 5 years maintenance/construction experience.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel between properties.
• Ability to work safely with PPE and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs across properties.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot to restore system efficiency.
• Replace/repair components (thermostats, fans, motors, wiring, etc.).
• Maintain clean, safe work sites and communicate clearly with residents.
• Document time, work orders, and use tech tools to track progress.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Coordinate with AMM-T/CMC to prioritize tasks daily.
