Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping facilities, grounds, and equipment in good repair to ensure resident safety and comfort.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and equipment, use hand and power tools, and participate in on-call rotations. A HS diploma, valid driver's license, and 1+ year experience required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and applicable certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Use hand and power tools to repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Assist with event setups, deliveries and moves.
• Be available for on-call schedule.
