Job summary

The AZEK Company in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for a 2/2/3 schedule with a day shift from 6:15am to 7:00pm. Starting pay is $32.75 per hour, with responsibilities spanning preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years in a similar role, plus forklift experience or certification.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a similar maintenance role, required.
Two-year maintenance certification preferred.
Forklift experience or the ability to obtain certification.
Able to multi-task in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude.
Able to read and update electrical/mechanical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect facilities regularly to detect potential problems and recommend repairs.
Generate work orders, enter details, and assign tasks to qualified team members.
Maintain accurate records (CMMS or paper-based).
Monitor materials and spare parts inventory.
Develop maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
Participate in projects (installation, remodeling, renovation).
Discuss staff-related challenges with senior management.
Perform day-to-day equipment maintenance work.
