Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Boise, Idaho. The role involves safely performing diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across various trades, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications include basic experience, at least two years of electrical work, and a high school diploma or GED; safety and environmental certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and/or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
• Two years Electrical Experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
• Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
