Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. The role starts with a 30‑day orientation on day shift, then switches to an AWS schedule with 4 days on/3 off, 12‑hour shifts.

Overtime paid after 10 hours. You’ll diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment failures and participate in plant modernization Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, CMMS work orders, and collaborating with operations to minimize downtime while upholding

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic electrical and controls knowledge.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery, utilities, and facility equipment.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
• Supporting production during breakdowns and service calls.
• Completing work orders through our CMMS system.
• Installing, modifying, and improving equipment for increased reliability.
• Assisting with plant modernization and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintaining pumps, motors, compressors, chillers, and other industrial equipment.
• Working independently while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams.
• Supporting our safety culture through inspections and hazard identification.
