Job summary

Amentum seeks a Production Maintenance Technician IV for our site in Waukesha, WI. You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production systems including pumps, motors, PLCs, CNCs, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems.

Expect to read blueprints, interpret schematics, and maintain records. The role requires safety focus and overtime as needed, with a competitive hourly range and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in aerial lift up to 30 feet.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues across pumps, motors, PLCs, CNCs, robotics and conveyors.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals to maintain and repair equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.
• Comply with safety protocols and escalate hazards as needed.
