ProAmpac is actively hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Rocky Mount, VA facility to repair and maintain industrial equipment and support production, quality, and cost objectives. The role starts with a Mon-Fri training week 7a-3p, then shifts to a 12-hour night schedule (7pm–7am) on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical and control systems skills, and the ability to read a multimeter. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience preferred in a maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Strong preference for advanced skills in machine repair and control systems repair.
• Experience servicing flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and maintain maintenance documentation.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Repair and maintain operating condition of industrial production machinery.
• Observe and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
