Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and training for PAC equipment. The role requires understanding OSHA safety practices, electrical safety, and basic repairs of industrial machinery.

You will install and diagnose equipment using basic tools, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to OEM and PAC safety standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience, with responsibilities across Level I–III tasks including preventative

Qualifications

Level I requires general industrial mechanical and electrical experience, pneumatics/hydraulics, and basic control concepts.
Level II adds moderate electrical/mechanical experience, blueprints reading, and ability to install enclosures.
Level III covers advanced electrical/mechanical work, PLC/HMI modifications, and multi-platform schematics.

Responsibilities

Follow safety standards and OSHA regulations in PAC facilities.
Train less experienced staff on essential duties and upgrades.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on PAC equipment.
Install basic electrical components and fabricate parts for machine repair.
Maintain accurate inventory and work with Engineering & Facility teams on schematics.
