Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician III to join our team in Waukesha, WI. You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and provide preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment on all production related systems including pumps, motors, PLC and CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing process / production equipment or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher.
• Must have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers, and other equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety protocols and maintains a safe work environment.
• Maintains and troubleshoots production equipment.
• Performs quality control checks on products.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment.
