Job summary

Atlantic Track & Turnout Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to ensure production equipment runs smoothly in our Richmond, Illinois facility. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and timely equipment servicing on a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm).

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and work with CNC/PLC controls to maintain high uptime. Candidates should have 8+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• On-site work in Richmond, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots equipment issues.
• Regularly lubricates equipment.
• Orders maintenance supplies/parts.
• Maintains a clean, safe maintenance shop and facility.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs forklifts, overhead cranes, and personal lifts.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Works with CNC/PLC controls and checks AC/DC electricity up to 500 volts.

The selected candidate will ensure all production equipment within our facilities works properly and runs smoothly.
