Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years machining experience.
• Ability to read production drawings.
• On-site in Richmond, IL.
• Safety‑minded and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run manual milling machines and fine‑tune offsets.
• Assemble milling cutters and index inserts; select tooling.
• Load/unload parts with overhead crane.
• Verify dimensions with measuring tools and complete quality paperwork.
• Maintain organized, safety‑minded workspace.
