BRAVA ROOF & TILE is seeking a Maintenance Technician IIII (Industrial Maintenance Electrician) to install and remove manufacturing equipment and execute preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and panels. You will lead infrastructure projects, mentor junior technicians, and support controls and automation development to improve the department.

Responsibilities

  • Work with and delegate duties on large projects to contractors or maintenance teams.
  • Generate and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, parts used with CMMS software.
  • Spec out and order supplies needed to complete task.
  • Read technical drawings and schematics (electrical & hydraulic).
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, valve bodies, coils, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems, conveyors, material handling systems, etc.
  • Assist in building maintenance team (share knowledge and mentor).
  • Other duties as assigned.

A Maintenance Technician IIII (Industrial Maintenance Electrician) responsible for the installation and removal of manufacturing equipment as well as executing preventative and corrective maintenance programs on electrical equipment & panels. Responsible and leading for Infrastructure Projects, from start to finish.
