Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment at the site. You will perform routine HVAC repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent qualification, plus a valid driver’s license and strong communication and safety awareness. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a HS Diploma plus 1 year of related experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be capable of light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Perform routine carpentry work in repair and maintenance of buildings and offices.
• Replace worn parts in machines and equipment, including hoses, wiring, belts.
• Operate snow removal equipment to keep parking lots and sidewalks clear.
• Ensure equipment and buildings meet safety standards for the recon department.
