Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Valid driver's license required; good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Perform routine carpentry work for building repairs.
• Replace worn parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines and equipment.
• Operate snow removal equipment and maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
• Ensure equipment and facilities comply with safety standards and are clean.
