Cox Automotive is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our facilities team at a Cox location in Mount Juliet, TN. The role covers building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and site upkeep with day shifts and no remote work.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and several years of maintenance experience, including electrical/plumbing skills, and a valid driver's license. The position offers competitive hourly pay and safety-focused work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Regularly stand, walk, reach, talk and hear; able to lift 1-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine carpentry work in the repair and maintenance of buildings and offices.
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines and equipment.
• Operate snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
• Ensure all equipment and buildings are safe and compliant with standards.
