• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Perform routine carpentry work on buildings and offices.
• Replace worn parts in machines and equipment.
• Operate snow removal equipment for parking lots and sidewalks.
• Ensure equipment operates correctly and meets recon department standards.
• Keep buildings clean and safe; follow safety procedures.
• May work overtime as needed.
