Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II for Savanna at Reed's Crossing in Hillsboro, OR. The role involves highly diversified maintenance duties to keep the property clean, safe, and functional, following Holland Partner Group’s core values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include painting, upkeep of common areas, inventory recommendations, completing unit turns and service requests, and participating in safety inspections. Strong customer service and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related trade is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English for safety and productivity.
• Availability to work any day of the week and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the physical condition and general upkeep of the property per standards.
• Paint vacant units to rent-ready condition as required.
• Maintain common areas, models, and office areas according to touch-up schedules.
• Complete unit turns and service requests accurately and timely as per standards.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs.
