Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 206 Apartments & Springville Oaks in Hillsboro, OR. The role requires established facilities maintenance experience in property management or hotel settings, with a full-time schedule, and on-site work.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC tasks, plumbing, and general upkeep of common areas and units. On-call and weekend availability are required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or EPA/HVAC license preferred.
• Driver license and reliable transportation required.
• On-call and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair experience.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replace filters, clean coils.
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves.
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation; fix fixtures.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches; lock changes and door replacements.
• Operate tools and maintain maintenance shop and inventory; track service requests.
