Job summary

The Villas at Beardslee in Bothell, WA is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to join Holland Residential LLC's on-site team. You will perform diversified maintenance tasks to keep the property safe, clean, and functional, with emphasis on turning units and maintaining common areas.

Salary is $25.00–$29.00 per hour with potential bonus; this full-time, on-site role requires English fluency, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• English literacy required for safety and productivity.
• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience; 6 months at Holland in Maintenance may count.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining physical condition and upkeep per safety standards.
• Efficiently paint vacant units for rent-ready condition per Holland standards.
• Maintain common areas, models, and office spaces per touch-up schedule.
• Complete unit turns and service requests in a timely manner per Holland standards.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents and coworkers.
