Job summary

The Villas at Beardslee, Holland Residential LLC in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our property maintenance team. Responsibilities include upkeep of outdoor areas, cleaning, minor repairs, landscaping, and assisting residents with service requests. Work is on-site at The Villas at Beardslee.

Salary range is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. No specific education level required; English proficiency and ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures are

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in property maintenance related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the physical condition and general upkeep of the property per company operating standards.
• Ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and promptly.
• Assist residents with day-to-day needs and manage clubhouse access and use.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools for unit turnover.
• Keep common areas clean, neat and attractive according to Holland standards.
• Monitor exterior lighting and maintain curb appeal including landscaping as needed.
• Perform power washing as scheduled and ensure fixtures are in good condition.
• Adhere to safety programs to minimize emergency repairs and requests.
