Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English for safety and productivity.
• Minimum of one year property management maintenance experience; six months at Holland may count toward experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition and upkeep of the property per standards.
• Paint vacant units to Rent-Ready condition as required.
• Maintain common areas and models per touch-up schedule.
• Complete unit turns and service requests accurately and timely.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs.
