Position Overview

Maintenance Technician II at Cascade Management’s properties Beaver Creek and Beaver Cove.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $24.00‑$32.50 per hour (typically at minimum to midpoint of range based on experience and rent benefit adjustments).
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Location: Lynnwood, WA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, janitorial, routine appliance upkeep, and other related maintenance activities when required.
• Ensure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Initiate, perform, and oversee maintenance projects up to $300; projects over $300 require Property Management approval.
• Work with Community Manager on anticipated maintenance needs.
• Pickup trash on grounds; keep breezeways, sidewalks, and grounds clear of clutter and debris; rake, shovel, prune, and maintain all landscaping; repair fences or walls as needed.
• Maintain all sidewalks and parking lots, including painting lines, numbers, and stencils as necessary.
• Clean and turnover vacant apartments to make them rent‑ready for the next tenant within 5‑10 days.
• Schedule and conduct pre‑move‑out inspections and reporting; accurately cost out repairs and provide estimates to residents.
• Regularly check smoke detectors and other safety systems.
