Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to support our residents across our communities. You will handle repairs, upkeep, and safety standards, delivering reliable service and a friendly, professional experience.

We welcome candidates with 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with incentives allowing higher earnings and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests for repairs and upkeep across properties.
• Prepare open apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge and skills.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to requests and concerns.
• Perform daily building inspections focused on proactive maintenance.
• Ensure attractive appearance of buildings and grounds; report maintenance needs.
