Job summary

Real Property Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our properties looking great and functioning smoothly for residents. You’ll handle general maintenance, light electrical/plumbing, carpentry and painting, plus appliance installation, pool care, and basic groundskeeping.

We value punctuality and clear communication with residents and teammates. A valid driver’s license and digital literacy are required; pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, with additional incentive

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a smartphone for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Assist with customer service by communicating with residents and handling work orders promptly.
• Complete pool maintenance and appliance installation/maintenance as needed.
