Goldmark Property Mangement Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to join our team. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks across properties, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs, while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests related to property repairs, including heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC and other general repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours.
• Participate in ongoing training to build and maintain skills.
• Engage with residents to address requests and concerns and coordinate with managers or maintenance team.
