Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II for an onsite role in Atlanta, GA. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, and assist with apartment make-readies.

The position supports preventive maintenance programs and requires a High School diploma, EPA 608 Type I certification, and hands-on maintenance experience. Tools must be owned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years general maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Section 608 Type I – Appliance certification required.
• Working knowledge of basic appliance repairs.
• Intermediate computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to establish priorities with daily assistance from Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep within company standards including exterior grounds and common areas, performing HVAC electrical component repair and assisting with make-readies as needed.
• Identifies and corrects hazardous conditions and reports hazards to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Ensures preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented per BH guidelines.
• Maintains and secures property-issued tools.
• Supports on-call responsibilities and responds to resident requests per company standards.
