Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Redmond, WA to join our team responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems across our apartment communities. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensure units are rent-ready, while upholding safety standards and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances and systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, and related equipment.
• Completes service requests and repairs per company standards in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces and maintains safety protocols.
