Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Bothell, WA. This full-time role offers a base pay range of $54,500 to $77,500 and a 40-hour work week.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and more to keep our community in top condition. You'll join a team focused on safety, preventative maintenance, and timely service requests, with on-call rotation and a commitment to high-quality living for residents.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in residential or similar settings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-call schedule availability.
• Ability to read policies and SDS, PPE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner and maintains safety standards.
• Assists in preventative maintenance and prepares vacant homes for turnover.
• Supports residents with service requests and communicates clearly.
