Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in industrial manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and CMMS/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong troubleshooting in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office tools.
• Ability to read schematics and OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding machines, robots, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond to machine alarms and identify root causes of issues.
• Repair electrical controls, PLCs, HMIs, and drive controllers.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, gauges, and measuring tools.
