WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Argonaut - El Tovar Apartments in Denver, CO. The role covers appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance across units and common areas.

On-site work requires own basic tools and reliable transportation, with on-call duties as needed. The position offers a pay range of $29.00–$33.00 per hour, a full-time schedule, and potential CAMT certification as preferred qualifications.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet driving records standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts and on-call hours.
• Own basic tools; company-provided specialized tools stay on site.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs per procedures.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety/annual inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal including snow removal and landscaping.
• Be available for on-call activity during off-hours as scheduled.
