Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Familiar with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
• Able to use smart devices and PM software for records and work orders.
• Advanced hand and basic power tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and prevent issues across apartments, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Maintain accurate records and complete work orders efficiently.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
