Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Douglas Apartments in Denver, CO. You will perform daily maintenance and repairs, prepare vacants, and support safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. This is a hands-on, on-site position with on-call duties and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required.
• Minimum one year of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Ability to work on-call emergencies and flexible schedule.

Mansioni

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments using the Make Ready Checklist.
• Maintain the exterior of the property and pool areas.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors.
• Report inventory needs and potential liabilities.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and assist residents.
