Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the smooth operation of a residential community. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, prepare vacants for new residents, and support safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role includes on-call emergencies and a focus on resident satisfaction, safety, and quality living spaces. Candidates should have basic IT skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.
• Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using the Make Ready Checklist.
• Maintain the exterior of the property and pool areas.
