Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain both commercial and residential properties in the Portland area, including East Burnside, The Watershed at Hillsdale, Cedar Grove, and The Knoll at Tigard.

The role covers repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping and janitorial tasks, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours weekly). Benefits begin after 30 days. A monthly cell phone and gas stipend plus mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in Maintenance Technician I or 2 years in maintenance roles, preferably property management.
• Proficiency in basic repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscaping.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, manage time, work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
• Handle repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and related trades.
• Manage work orders using technology and maintain safety standards.
